Single Bedroom apartment, I am offering $450 cash, provided to you once I have confirmation from the leasing office the lease is signed to take over this apartment. I am moving Nov24th to house in Holly Springs, need to take the lease between Monday 24th / Monday December 1st.
The leasing office is aware I am offering $250 cash, but to get this moving offering an additional $200 to equal $450 cash to get this leased. Win/Win situation if you need a single bedroom apartment, I dont get stuck with lease break-fee and you get cash to cover deposit and application fee with additional pocket money.
It is a pet friendly apartment complex. My apartment is 1st level, level with the front parking area so easy moving of furniture, also easy access to the gas grills and pool area. This is a great place especially if you are active for kayaking on the lake or bike-trails at the park, also the gym is suprisingly large and has a trx rack setup. See pictures of the great 4th floor patio area lake view also. Works great with an L-shap sectional couch in the living area, all the normal stuff you would expect of a modern apartment ... granite style countertops, stainless steel applicances, nice cabinets, big shower/tub.
 
PLEASE READ, very simple process:
 - contact Lofts at Weston Lakeside as any potential renter would to discuss rent rate and apply etc (I can tell you rent is typical for the area keeping in mind lake/park proximity). Ask for apartment .
 - Send me email to let me you have applied, once I get confirmation from the leasing office that I am no longer liable for the lease (you have signed) I provide you $450 cash.
